Residential Builders Window Clean (Add-on)
All of Ronin’s Residential Window Cleaning Services can have a Builders Clean added on for an additional cost.
Add-on Description
This add-on is for those who may have had their house recently built, renovated, painted, reglazed, or had some paving completed. Or perhaps the work was completed some time ago. You may have noticed some unsightly paint, silicone or grout adhered to your windows and it must go!
No need to worry, Ronin your local window cleaning professional has the skills and the equipment to get the job done!

**Customers Please Note**
Equipment
We use blades, speciality abrasives and sometimes chemicals to remove paint, silicone etc. Although Ronin always takes the greatest care when removing foreign objects from your windows there is a slight chance that a scratch or mark will be made. A waiver must be signed before a Builders Clean can take place.
Low E (Low Emissivity) Glass
Some glass products like Low-E glass (Brand names: Viridian, ComfortPlus etc.) has a thin coating on one side of the glass or in the middle of the glass that acts as a barrier to keep the sun/cold out.
When the thin coating is exposed on one side of the glass, this leaves it extra susceptible to damage and metal tools can not be used to clean this. Cleaning this type of glass is challenging and much more labour intensive than normal glass. If there is excessive paint etc. we may not be able to get the glass as clean as you would have hoped in some cases.
