Loose cobwebs removed from serviced frames and immediately adjacent signage where safely accessible

Lightweight posters or signs attached with removable Blu Tack or suction cups temporarily removed and replaced where reasonably required

Choose outside-only cleaning, inside-and-out cleaning or a rotating combination, scheduled at an agreed frequency.
Scheduled services start from $22 incl. GST for outside-only cleaning and $44 incl. GST for inside-and-out cleaning. Final pricing is tailored to the glazing, access requirements and service frequency.
FAQ
Can cleaning be completed while my business is open?
Yes. Shopfront cleaning can usually be completed while your business is trading, provided I can work safely and without unreasonable disruption. Please advise me of any restricted areas or site-specific procedures.
Do I need to move displays mannequins or merchandise?
Items obstructing the quoted glass should be moved by store staff before the service. Displays, mannequins, merchandise and store fixtures are not covered under Ronin’s insurance for movement or handling.
I may move a small, lightweight item when it can be done easily and safely, but this is at my discretion and should not be relied upon.
Can mirrors, internal glass and fly screens be included?
Yes. Mirrors, partitions, display glass, flyscreens, screen doors and other additional glazing can be included when specifically quoted. High-level glazing or specialist-access work must also be assessed and quoted separately.
Can you remove stickers, paint or mineral staining?
Standard shopfront cleaning removes routine dirt, grime, dust and environmental build-up.
Paint, silicone, grout, adhesive, tape residue, protective film, hard-water or mineral staining, heavy grease and other specialist contamination require assessment and a separate quote.
What happens if it rains or is windy?
Most shopfront cleaning can proceed in ordinary wind and light rain. I will only postpone the service when conditions prevent the work from being completed safely or to an acceptable standard.
How are recurring services scheduled and invoiced?
Your service follows the frequency and scope agreed in your quote. If a public holiday or planned leave affects the usual service day, the booking may move to the nearest practical weekday.
Unless otherwise agreed, an invoice is issued after the service and is payable within 14 days.
